This is an enjoyable studio-recorded tape by the late Iraqi singer Ammar Arrajoubi, featuring a collection of high-energy, fast-paced souaihly and attaba songs, characterized by ornate keyboard and a singing style faithful to Iraqi rural music. The late Iraqi singer Ammar Arrajoubi achieved considerable fame in Iraq and northern Syria, and social media platforms preserve a long archive of his singing and poem performances starting from the 1990s and ending shortly before his reported death in the city of Badush, Iraq in 2017. According to some accounts, he died during armed clashes in the city when his house was hit by a mortar shell.
