In this tape, Aleppo-born singer Faisal Al Ahmad visits Iraqi music, demonstrating his range as a singer capable of delving into different musical styles and leaving his mark on each. He is accompanied here by an almost entirely electronic arrangement, led by the synth keyboard. Faisal Al Ahmad started singing in the late 1990s, and was known for writing and composing his own songs. He released many full-length albums, that showcased his ability to perform Halabi mawals with a strong and capable voice. However, he spent most of his career performing shaabi and dabke at cafeterias and private parties.
