The Gomidas band is joined on this album by singer Garo. The album includes traditional Aleppian songs like Kint Bi Zamani and Ayel Mani Ayel, presented with contemporary arrangements rich with keyboards, highly consistent with the band music that spread across the Arab region in the 1980s. Gomidas Band was formed in Aleppo by a group of Syrian Armenian artists in the early 1980s.
