More Info

During the 1980s, Lebanese pop stood at the midpoint between classical Eastern music and contemporary Western music. This is clearly evident in this compilation tape, which includes songs ranging from muwashahat to Western pop, performed by a group of singers from that era, such as Azar Habib and Sami Clark, some of whom maintained their fame while others' popularity faded.
