More Info
Azar Habib may be one of the few Lebanese artists to appear in this archive. He had great popularity in Syria since his beginnings, and his style was familiar among Syrians. Syrian official radio stations adopted this style in general and Azar Habib’s songs in particular - broadcasting them on a daily basis in the morning sections, after the daily Fairouz section, for more than thirty years.
