Hijran AL Basry is a rural Iraqi singer from Basra, Iraq. At the beginning of her fame, she moved to Baghdad to pursue her career there. Her younger sister is the singer Ghezlan. In contrast to Ghezlan's artistic activity that continues to this day, Hijran stopped singing at the beginning of the 2000s to devote herself to her personal life.
