More Info

Khalil Rumman, or as he is called: the Mijwez Poet, is a mijwez player from the city of Daraa. At the beginning of his career, he built his legacy by accompanying established shaabi singers such as Abu Sultan. He eventually gained his own audience and began leading mijwiz-driven dabke parties without a singer. Rumman is still very popular today, and clips of him playing can be easily found online and on social media platforms.
