Hussein Al-Hassan is a prolific and renown singer from the northeastern Syrian city of Qamishli. He started singing and performing at weddings at the end of the nineties, but his career seems to have stopped suddenly in the mid-2000s, as it is difficult to find recordings of him after 2004.
