A compilation tape featuring latter 20th century Syrian patriotic songs and official national anthems, along with excerpts of speeches by then-president Hafez al-Assad. It was commonplace in Syria to find such tapes in cassette shops in order to show loyalty in conjunction with any political events happening locally or in the region.
